About Cres
Cres is a personal growth application that brings together Notes, Checklists, Tasks, Habits, Mood, and Vision Boards in one calm workspace.
Cres is intended for personal organization, reflection, and self-awareness.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Cres.
By using Cres, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
User Accounts
Certain features of Cres require an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Maintaining access to your chosen authentication provider
- All activity that occurs under your account
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact us promptly.

You retain ownership of the content you create within Cres.

- Hidden Notes
- Checklists
- Hidden Checklists
- Tasks
- Habits
- Mood entries
- Vision Boards
- Photos and attachments
- Personal reflections, goals, and other content
You grant Cres a limited, non-exclusive license to store, synchronize, process, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
Privacy Features
Cres includes privacy-focused features such as:
- Hidden Notes
- Hidden Checklists
- App Lock
- PIN Protection
- Device biometric authentication
These features are intended to help protect access to your content.
You remain responsible for:
- Protecting your device
- Protecting your account credentials
- Protecting your App Lock PIN
Cres cannot guarantee protection against unauthorized access resulting from compromised devices, credentials, or user actions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Cres for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Distribute malware or harmful software
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service
- Reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the service except where permitted by law
- Use Cres in violation of applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
The Cres application, branding, logos, design, software, graphics, and related materials are owned by Cres and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
