Delete Account
You can permanently delete your Cres account directly within the app.
How to delete your account
- Open Cres
- Go to Settings
- Open Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm account deletion
Before deleting your account, Cres may ask you to verify your identity using your sign-in method for security purposes.
If you signed in using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or Email & Password, deleting your Cres account does not delete your Apple account, Google account, or email account.
Only your Cres account and associated Cres data are affected.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes access to Cres and may permanently remove associated data, including:
- Notes
- Hidden Notes
- Checklists
- Hidden Checklists
- Tasks
- Habits
- Mood entries
- Vision Boards
- Photos and attachments
- Settings and preferences
Account deletion is intended to be permanent and may not be reversible.
